House vodka, Carolina Reaper hot sauce,house made bloody mary mix, fresh horseradish,

Tajin seasoned rim, sweet pepper, fresh cucumber and celery,

cheese and medley tomato, jalapeño cheddar stuffed olive.

Crawfish Caesar    13

Uncle Val’s Peppered Gin, seasoned Clamato juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce,

Crystal hot sauce. Celery salt rim. Whole crawfish, fresh cucumber and celery,

cheese and medley tomato, jalapeño cheddar stuffed olive.

Spicy Garlic Pepper 12

Jalapeno and Garlic-infused vodka, seasoned Bloody Mary mix, Crystal hot sauce. Creole seasoned rim,  fresh cucumber and celery, cheese and medley tomato, jalapeño cheddar stuffed olive.

Dill Pickle 12

House infused Dill Pickle vodka, seasoned Bloody Mary mix and Creole seasoning rim. Baby dill pickle, fresh cucumber and celery, cheese and medley tomato, jalapeño cheddar stuffed olive.

Chargrilled Gulf Shrimp Mary     14

Creole Bloody Mary with a Chargrilled Jumbo gulf shrimp skewer.

Bourbon Street Andouille Po’Boy Mary     16

  House vodka.  Seasoned Bloody Mary mix. Andouille and smoked sausage, Grilled shrimp.

Grilled Cheese French Bread. Pickled okra, olive and lime. Creole seasoned rim.
