Nightly stews feature the following ingredients: some native New Orleans kick (Dr. John, The Meters, Trombone Shorty, etc.), our own Classic Rock blend (Rolling Stones, Steely Dan, etc.), some funk-fried R&B (Bill Withers, Billy Preston, Stevie Wonder, etc.), a dab of Jazz (Cannonball Adderly, Freddie Hubbard, etc.) and some special secret spices we throw in to bring it all to a scrumptious Boiling Boogie.
