Blues City Swing is an exciting St. Louis-based band with musical roots originating in Chicago, New York, Oklahoma and from here in St. Louis. Their eclectic sound reflects their many influences: gritty Chicago blues, New York jazz, New Orleans R&B and a touch of Johnny Cash. The band, previously known as "The Spies" now has horns, and features the classic Blues/R&B voice of Chicago recording artist Mick McGowen.
