Jeff Chapman is a singer, composer, and entertainer that has been performing for audiences since the mid-1970s.  Jeff has a natural talent and ability to entertain and has been singing and playing rhythm guitar in every type of venue in those nearly 40 years, including being involved in the tradition that is the St. Louis blues music scene.
